Well, the trip to Mexico was 'work' and paid for by my wife's agency. This trip to the Dominican is actually fairly inexpensive as far as vacations go - CDN1500 for the two of us, all in. I know I can drink $750 worth of beer in a week.
And keep in mind that my shortest work week is around 60 hours. I need a break every now and again.

I wouldn't worry Lorrie, there was 5 of us and I was the only one that got it. Although, I found out 6 months later the same hotel was shut down due to some airborn virus...
You'll be fine mate!

Things that make my blood boil:
Having a great couple weeks watching my food intake, spending countless hours in the gym and seeing very good progress on losing weight... only to have one tailgate with the boys this weekend and the scale at the gym reads a full 5 lbs. heavier! It's dissappointing after last week when I was at my lightest weight since I quit smoking about 3 years ago.
One day, sets me WAY back.
Back to guarding the pie-HOLE!

Don't let it get you down, Farmer. First of all, never weigh yourself more than once a week. Always use a proper scale. Try to wear the same thing and weigh yourself the same time of day.
Additionally, don't just weigh yourself, measure yourself too. there could be some weeks where you gain weight but actually lose inches.
And if you're really upset, be especially vigilant, drink lots of water, work hard in the gym and don't be surprised if next week those 5 and a few more are gone.
