samples won on ebay
kind of an "elephant skin" leather, faded green with a tint/flava/tad of gray infused... i'm guessing.
want to flip out the laces, but can't find a color close enough to the elephant leather.
shell is similar to the Black Tie Edition.
huge "SAMPLE" stickers on the inside of each shoe.
i don't know anything about the "Safety" series. anyone willing to share a brief snippet? feels like a steel toe under/in the shell.

Sort of browny grey right.. looks like elephant to me.. ask Tif I think he has some with elephant stripes.
Lots of safety stuff on Japanese sites I seem to recall.
I have some *cough* velcro stan smith safety and the toe is a hard rubber under the outer rubber -not quite as hard as steel. Get someone to stamp on yer foot and then you'll know!!
