Well that's a conversation stopper. What's up next?
Not really, as I was asking for other peoples' personal experience, which obviously would be different.
For me personally, Bordeauxs are comfortably the rarest Supe, as I don't see them in any size, ever. Whereas I've seen every other Supe I can think of on sale at more than one time in one size or another.

SenorDragon, I think you make a good point there.

I did buy my Bordeauxs (dead stock) on the bay. They were a size 10 and I was the only bidder. Got them for a bargain. I couldn't believe it because like you I had never seen them for sale anywhere else. I guess I was extremely lucky. What size are you? If I ever spot a pair I can give yoju a heads up.
The rarest supe for me would be the cracked vanillas. I remember them seeing them on a webshop about a year ago. But not my size. I liked the cw and I just had to own a pair. Never seen them afterwards. Untill recently and I got my chance to buy them.

SDs bang on in those comments - and I suspected the Bordeaux' were 'gettable' when FP opened up....I need eyes at the FP store - how the fcuk are us chaps beyond the pond supposed to see whats up there? Not that I don't trust the taste here
Rob, Tommy had a pair a wee while back - Vanilla Cracked is VERY nice....

Over the few years I've been more seriously into supe collecting, I've come across pretty much every pair in my wantlist every now and then but usually at a time when I can't afford to buy any pair and later they've naturally not been available anymore.
The only pair from my list I've never seen in my size anywhere are Baxter-Neal loam/lava cw skates, the ones with the pine tree print on the heel. Been after them since they came out about 2 years ago but only ever seen other sizes, even in the shops when they were released.
I've seen the bordeaux's a few times on the bay but not too often.

Keep the faith Batts, I looked for a couple of years before I got my second pair of bourdeuxs. They're out there, you just have to be "really" patient.

Rarest pair i've gotta go with sabs green cvs!!Only pair i've ever seen and like most of didn't even know they bloody existed.
Really does depend on your size though and how fussy you are about condition.

Haha define "really patient".
That's a rare skate there Grimmy, what size are you, flatspot have some for sale.
I haven't seen many people with my red stripe hemps and they were quite easy/flukey to pick up.
See my grail list for ones I'm still after.

fc maybe some day

What size are you - if you're in need of a pair - I've seen a few about.
It did make me laugh when you said
second pair of Bordeauxs! Some of us are still waiting on the first!
Robert, I'm a US13/UK12.5 (i know, massive feet).
