Your other option is to use your network of connects and send someone to 'talk' to him...after all, you have the addy Smile Sometimes I enjoy the old school way of finding resolution...or was that restitution? Wink

Fuck, I can't open a PayPal-case anymore. The 45 days have passed. My Credit Card-company uses 30 days Sad

Well in that case, if eBay don't find in your favour (which hopefully won't be the case), then send the boyz raaand innitWink

Might be worth giving paypal a bell though?

Blimey.. I never wait that long to file a claim. As soon as I can, I do! You can always cancel it if your item arrives.
Remember that for next time eh fella.. Wink

RE: eBay Case - Squeaky - 07-06-10

I thought I did make an PayPal-claim by opening a case in eBay. I didn't realise those are two different things.

Damn, you should've been on top of the deadlines...I was on the other end of it and was hoping dude would let time run out but he didn't (but now I know that if I don't get an item within 14 days or so, claim gets opened)...shit part is, he got his money back and I would imagine he probably eventually got the shoes too. Dealing with paypal is a BITCH if you're the seller because if you don't have tracking for some reason, they ALWAYS refund the buyer. Ebay owns paypal so if paypal says no, ebay probably will too. I guess you can hope they arrive or that the guy will file the insurance claim (which will probably denied as well, because insurance is for damaged items really and not for lost items)...send over some goons with bats!

RE: eBay Case - Squeaky - 07-06-10
