I'm not ashamed of admitting that I own a pair of the blue ones and I paid full price - I would definately have loved to buy a 'real' pair of bluebird supes without the cut-out, but it's really not that bad, and I'm really hoping the white pair soon will go on sale because I'm digging the simplicity and the '60 Years of Soles and Stripes' quote...

I really like the first pair, tho I get what you're saying Old Gregg - i would probably glue the flappy strap down so it doesnt flap all over the place
Did you see them in the UK Old Gregg? I was having trouble finding them anywhere online today...
edit - never mind - found em - they're FL exclusive apparently.

I like the material on the first pair though I think I'd need to see them in person. I like the color scheme except for the yellow which wouldn't really be seen that much.
Wish I had a pair of the blue ones, especially living here in LA 5 minutes from Dodger stadium. Have yet to see them here. I asked at my local Adidas Originals store about them recently and they hadn't seen them either. One would think they would release them here first!
