You can get intep supports in all good shoe shops particuarly ya granny style shoe shops. You can take them in and out of ya supes as you to wear them when you like. Try scholl on line they prob have that kind of thing.

You could always take the expensive route and go to a podiatrist and get some orthotics custom made.

When your 88 and still able to walk, your knees and your feet with thank you for it.

If you want the cheap ass thingies, just go to your local footlocker and rip em out of the supes they sell. It may cause you some problems, but it's the cheapest way I can imagine .
