Certainly is! It's a great idea, as you can always guarantee, when I want to bid last minute, my internet will slow down as I try to refresh the page, so it avoids that problem, plus it comes in handy for american auctions that finish in the early hours!

And there's this stuff too, if you are wanting to do it by phone

ebay mobile stuff

but it isn't as fast as being sat in front of a pc, so a snipe tool might be a better bet
