Quick tip if anyone needs to ring a parcelforce office when the automated voice asks you to press 1 for whatever etc just press 5 (even tho its not given as an option)and you get straight thro to a human during office hours

I deal with parcel force quite a bit, the problem is tehy'll never leave anything without a signature so if you have a job as most of us do then you're fucked basically.

My mate is a postman so i can't diss Royal Mail.

Here's a little story about Parcel Force.

I ordered some stock from Germany last year - 7 boxes in total. I arrived at work to find 2 boxes had been delivered on a Friday. I wait a few days the following week but no more arrive so I check the tracking online (with the seller on the German post site). It said all 7 boxes had been delivered. So I call up PF with all this information, and they essentially refuse to help me saying I have to contact the German post company, who's system is showing all 7 delivered. I called them again and the second time the member of staff hung up on me saying they cannot help.

I get in contact with the German post company - who's customer service was great, they said they will try their best to help me and get back to me ASAP.

Anyway the following Monday the other 5 boxes arrived - the delivery guy said the previous driver had been in a rush and only grabbed two of the boxes from the Van, left the others in there and the van had been at a garage for a week having a service.

Ok so shit happens, but the way they refused to help was disgraceful and is why I will never use them myself.....
