I just got some from here and the number on left and right shoe match -which they shouldn't as far as I am aware...

I think shell-toes have come up before,they have some nice 'rasta' colorway at £57 odd quid but I'm not buying(haven't seen these else where though)

I'm just waiting for an email reply now from him, and if I haven't heard anything by tomorrow I'm getting in touch with Trading Standards...do you reckon it's worth it?

If they dont give you a refund then you can contact either your credit card or paypal (whichever method you paid for them) and try to get your money back that way. A report to the local Trading Standards cant do any harm.

He has agreed to a refund and said i had to return the shoes. I've worn them in now and I still love the shoes although I know they're fakes...I just wouldn't have paid THAT much for them (just under £60!), he is obviously aware and want to conceal the evidence of his dodgy goods. I'm going to open a paypal dispute I think...
