The Caviar are limited but not 500, there are 750 pairs worldwide. Though I am into the stitching and raised grain (which resembles caviar) I am not feeling the tongue at all.

Nice price ...someone said 85 is a lot. but down to 750 pairs 85 is quite reasonable isnt it?
I might give footpatrol a call to check the stock and hopefully get some.

where did you get this 750 number for the Caviar?
i just wonder because i have a pair, and while i quite like them, there isn't really anything special about them at all. and at the price i can get them for i might as well get every pair i can and sell them on in a couple of years.

I do not like the tongue because of the eyesore of a fish on in it. The classic thinner tongue is ok bu the fish has to go for me then I would love them. As far as getting the number in the series the Adidas stores have the catalogues of upcoming shoes with the numbers on how limited certain Consurtiums are I was in San Diego last week and the clerk told me about them as well as others. But if you need more proof on how limited certain pairs of Consortium Adidas are go to kix-files.com

thanks for the kix-files reference. these shoes are coming out of daily rotation and treated with a bit more love. i would just go buy another pair, but i just hit the pro keds x undftd collab on the bay (see other new thread).
as a point of interest, don't let the sturgeon scare you off: i don't like it either, but when the shoe's laced up you can't even see the stupid fish.

you mean how much livestock will charge? they do have a post office right across the street and might eat a bit of the shipping to make the sale.
i know that sending Coyote his RHCP's from Toronto to London cost CDN65, and the Caviar box is bigger.
