I don't think so mate. This is the rubber actually fading.
The only thing I can think of is to paint over, but it's difficult to know what paint to use. I'm gonna be getting some of this stuff soon -

Im not overly worried tbh as they are "vintage" kicks so they should look vintage lol - just didnt want to start cleaning them if the yellow was going to come off in patches and look worse

yellowing comes from ageing. i think once it happens, its nigh on nigh impossible to get rid off.
