Obviously! What sort of trainer enthusiast would i be if i didnt set up an appropiate backdrop, got the lighting just rigt and used a tripod?

It's a jessops 3 leg extrodanaire with a chromoly subframe and the optional rotator mechanism. You?

now everyone see how real moderator should act. i'll post photos of my sexy tripod later. it's 3 legs are much more sexier than anyones 3 stripes. if you can't take good photos - don't take them at all. you are only filling the internet with rubbish stuff.

You're not suggesting taking a photo without a tripod? Surely you have a secondary tripod so you can take pictures of the primary tripod?

its three equal lengths of the finest hardwood that b&q had in stock, lovingly bound together with premium sellotape, all top notch stuff in my household!
