Yeah but they turned up, so, why bother to say anything negative about communication ?
I only mention communication if it's particularly good.
On the whole, if shit turns up, why say anything bad ?
Bear in mind how mad busy these guys are.
It ain't like there's a whole customer service department there.
It's just the same people who are running the shop.

good communication is an important part of ebaying. you can still give them a positive rating, but if you've paid your money and the seller goes AWOL, that's not good business.

pure - As for why bother!!why not bother!!if a seller always gets gr8 feedback but there's something they could improve surely its a good thing if the buyer makes them aware of this??so the next person they sell to has even better service.
