UK 8.0 or 8.5 all around (may confess to peepin at 9's but strictly the sizes i first stated)

I'm a US size 13, 48 in France, enough to make shoe sellers laugh and make me cry when the shoes I love are out of stock in my size.

everything has it's good sides. i bet your size shoes are cheaper than US 9 for example
