star wars trickery? - larshamilton40 - 28-02-11
i bought these online from a shop in hong kong last year in march, sayin they dealt with 'factory defects' which were unsellable on the market, but were still good enough to sell for a discount..they weren't dirt cheap, and i did contact the site a few times before i ordered to ask Q's..everything seems ok, except for the obvious name on the side 'darthvader' instead of 'darksidestar' . obvious stitch error on the side stripe, and you can see the white line where the stripe should line up. it's got the 3M reflective tape, and the sizing fits, it suede (or suede smelling and feeling) [/font] the interior stitching seems to be of good quality. the box numbers line up with the darth vader shoe, but this has the body of the CLOT darksidestar?? fake or just a unique? im really hoping for the later..

Don't like the look of the four red eyelets on each shoe.. or the innersole.. or the stiching of the label. Oh and the ART number isn't for this design either.
Not looking good is it..

How about serial numbers? Same for both shoes? They should be different.

If it was a sample darula it wouldn't use an ART No. Previously logged/used on another superstar/adidas release it would still have its own unique number

It has it´s own number
So i guess just the word "sample" is wrong here.
G17708 is the Art-Nr. but it never went into production.
Really cool item...
But i know nothing about the box...

Why not? Made in Indo...Possible!

Haven't we already confirmed the ART Number belongs i believe to this model:
Can't have two different shoes with the same ART number.
I maybe wrong but unless they decide to make a new box design no need for a sample box is there, what i'm trying to say that if the box has the same ART number that is clearly on another shoe bells should be ringing.
