Today I received my brand new Superstar 2 IS Adicolors.... great I think... best check if they are fake. And damn I think they are.

They really look genuine ....even down to the box and paper in it.... but there's a the tag on the heel. Argh. If they are fake peach_sports on ebay is due an ass whuppin.








^^ logo is actually slightly yellow on the paper^^

One of your links worked before. Yes they are fakes I'm afraid, these fake adicolors have been mentioned on here before and I believe a lot of reputable sellers have been stung by them. I seem to remember Mr Shoeshotta mentioning something about it? Peach Sport are usually sound as far as I know so I'd let them know as soon as, don't think they'd knowingly sell fakes?

What a downer. I've sent a mail asking for a refund including all postage and return costs. I'll let you guys know what the response is.

It might be worth you having a read of the forum's fake spotting guide, the heel clits are a real giveaway on any superstar made during or after the 35th anniversary.

Cheers. I did have a look and suspected as soon as I saw that on them. I spose I was hoping someone would say "oh no.. that model has them" lol. Wishful thinking.

Yeh peach_sports is a legit seller and wouldn't knowingly sell fakes. Lots of SSDB members have bought supes from him without any problems, including myself. He has a huge stock of shoes and isn't really an expert in spotting fakes so things like this might happen. From what i've heard, he's usually very co-operative when it comes to sorting out issues with fakes and getting refunds. And as mentioned, those fakes ended up to many legit sellers' stock at the time.
