grew up in soop's...
my first pair were white with gold and black stripes (thin lace)

Sorry to point this out, but you're not the only one looking for RHCPs (i'm not, I got mine ages ago...mwahahahaha!) There are folks here been looking a long-ass time for an authentic pair, so don't get your hope up too high is all i'm saying.
