MFJ - imo No it wouldn't work and would clash like a fooker with the sole unit...Better off finding some white/white TL's or 80s or Lux and going down that road

I have to agree with Pokey, if you want to do orange stripe customs, an all-white non-yellowed Superstar is probably the best way to go.
