I have put a few pictures together for comparison purposes, now what you have to bear in mind is the price paid....
So - cheapest to most expensive goes,

All white - £19
Eldridge - £30
plant - £84
Luker - £100














As you can see there is very little between them (maybe the plants tumbled leather is the biggest) which begs the question, why the fuck have I got four pairs???

Oh.... if you missed out on the Lukers I wouldn't worry about it, as Sneakerphile said just get a pair of Eldridge's and paint the stripes

True. That's why i passed on the Lukers. Not 'different' enough from others i own for me to lay out a cool hundred.
I paid a fair bit for my plants but that was before i had bagged the all white 80's and the white Eldridge for cheap cheap.
The beauty of having similar pairs is you can rock a good look and not have to fook up one pair cos you're spreading out the wearage!

As the others have said good comparison but i look at it alittle differently
1. the white 80s and eldridges were picked up for practically fook all so no big deal
2.The plants although white are a one off pair and very high in quality as well as having a unique trefoil plant design on the tongue and heel!!Something different to what most people will have even if there basically an all white superstar (hope that makes sense)
3.totally agree over the lukers i guess its down to the fact that there limited edition and nothing more..overly priced (my sisters bought me mine for my birthday or i wouldn't of bothered)

I prefer the "normal" 80s w/ black stripes cause I don't like it says Skateboarding on the tongue and Eldridge on the outside on the eldridges. But I don't skate so...
