damn..yea child problems suck. My parents had sorta a dispute with me back in the day, so I know what its like to be on the receiving, powerless, child end. Sucks ass.

Had a stressful weekend watching water rise in my cellar, luckily it stopped at only three inches deep and so only just covered the platforms that I'd built for the washing machine and fridge and so didn't cause any damage to them.

Ouch my head!!!1 badass'd nite of over indulging and partying wit my good m8 jack daniels stayed up and invested in the khan fight so boxing and liquor was the order of the nite!!.
Feel rough as fook but probably not as bad as khan does

Just fucked my shoulder up completly. It was hurting a bit a few days ago but thought it had sorted itself out. Starting twingig halfway through a set of pullups ad Idecided to just grit through - unfortunately my shoulder decided it would now cause constant pain whenever it moved the tiniest bit (which is pretty much costatly).


Also, kinda annoyed Khan is now on sky as I missed his fight live (not allowed to put up a sky dish on our house, don't even get digital signal) Caught the ufc instead though this morning, knockout of the year in the Liddell/Evans fight
