Im pretty sure that i know these are fairly rare now but how much do they usually go for?
And just how hard to find are they?

RE: These?
well, phritz, you can still get them on harputs and moe's - limited sizes of course - and they range from $130-$150.
you could always send an email to the livestock guys in vancouver, info@deadtock.ca and see if they have any. I know they didn't get anything bigger than an 11, and none for their toronto shop.

RE: These?
Ty, swer just had a look on both sites and moes have them in a 12.5 us which is 12 uk right? Im usually a 11.5 uk but from what I have heard vins come up slightly smaller don't they? And anyway at $130 i can just about afford that but thats only without the shipping..=[
And Pokey how much did you have to pay in custom fees? Also on moes it doesn't state what the international shipping is.. Does that mean they will ship them for $130 which was the price of the trainers then cover the postage on this side with custom fees or what :S

RE: These?
The customs charge is VAT (17.5%) on the price of the goods PLUS a handling charge from the carrier - Royal Mail charges £8, but a courier may charge more.
Apologies for any double posts - it's not my fault - my phone sends the post out twice for some reason.

RE: These?
I like 'em, but i don't love 'em. I really don't like the bright white shell on vins. but what can you do?
Phikz, the US12.5 are going to be a bit big on you, but not unwearable. I suggest you get them, post pics and then I can tell you how yer kicks look like they're too big.

RE: These?
Zwer, do you seriously have some kind of problem me.. All i keep getting from you is sly little digs. I don't know whats your problem, maybe your just a cranky old man i don't know?
When i mentioned about your supes looking too big i wasn't trying to be offensive nor did i come across as offensive. I still think that your trainers do look slightly strange on your foot, it's like your foot fills the shoe upto the shell but thats just from what i have observed. No need to take it to heart...

RE: These?
nah, I'm just giving you a hard time - if you've taken offense then I'm sorry and I'll stop forthwith.
In terms of size, if you're a true US12 (ie, you can't wear an 11.5 all day without your toes bleeding) then a 12.5 will be fine. If you're really closer to a US11.5 then you might find the 12.5 too big. Best plan would be to go to your local shop and try vins on in all three of these size - there ends not to be too much variance btwn one model vin and the next, except where one's suede and one's leather.
again, sorry if I've offended you. I wasn't being malicious, just a bit of a tool.
