Great singers cannot be imitated, they have a unique quality of tone, intonation and timbre, sometimes because of the shape of their gob or some kind of speech impedement, but unique such as Aretha, Mavis Staples, Amy Wineshop, Billie Holliday, Ella Fitzgerald.
