They seem pretty legit at first glance. Just my first impression (I am hoping!). This is weird, but they do smell the same as other new soups that I have gotten. I figure all shoes pretty much smell this way though. The package looks legit, not extra ink or anything. I did think it was interesting how there was an extra tie up at the top sort of sealing it. Could be normal, I just never noticed it before. The only weirdish things that I noticed is on the bottom, on the Adidas stamp in the rubber on the heal, it appears to be slightly off center. Also, on the gold lace ring, the stamp appears to be partly off center. Here are the pics. Let me know if what else you need taken. As you can see, the serial numbers are different. Also, these shoes fit well, true to size (not super big or small, like most fakes). I tried to take as many angles as possible. Thanks for the help!

I thought of a few other pics to take. One other thing is that on the rubber, wear the brownish gray rubber meets the white, on one shoe the line isn't perfectly straight. The thing that makes this so hard is that these seem to me as very minor. I have had legit shoes that have very minor things like these in them, just because there are manufacturing inconsistencies.

hi mate, they are identical to my pair, every photo matches mine apart from the last two of the sole, mine are a perfectly straight line, by the way what camera do you have as they are some good close ups ( i need a new one!)

Thanks for the reply Cracky. I have a Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W90 8.1 megapixel. I picked it up at Best Buy on Black Friday last year, got a great deal and a free 2 gig Memory Stick Pro Duo. I paid about $250 for it.



Another thing that I compared was the plastic tag clipping. This, again, is a difficult thing to compare as these Star Wars were made in Indonesia, and the shoes that I have the other clipping from were made in China. So, I guess there could be facility level differences for different areas, or even for different product lines. Also, the plastic appears to be more opaque on the plastic clipping from my authentic pair made in China. The upper clipping is from the authentic pair, the lower clipping is from my Star Wars.

Another thing, does your pair have the lines in the print on the tongue? This seems a little odd to me. Also, did yours have the "QC" sticker? If so, what is the number on it? Thanks!

They look fine to me, you're right to point out these are very minor details. I think the best thing to consider is the actual quality of the build - the stitching, the shape of the shoe, how they feel on your feet etc.

Remember how long it took them to get the 35th fakes 'good'.....

Thanks for the replies! The stitching seems to be nice, in particular the stitching that connects the shell toe to the fabric. I've noticed that on fakes this seems to be bogged a lot. I meant the lines in the print, sort of the appearance that the printer heads needed cleaning when these were made.

Just kidding, They look fully legit to me.

The line in the print appears on other recent labels, and might even be something to make it harder to fake? Not sure how, just thinking outloud
