Best reply to that crap is to open a paypal dispute. Again, when it comes to fakes, you don't have to ship anything back.

No two release dates! Ahhhemm... BULLSHIT! I would file with paypal like the gentleman above stated. If you really like the shoes, depending on what you paid, I would keep them. You are the only one that would know. Remember that these shoes would be extremely expensive if they were legit. This should have been the first indicator...

I'm sure that you could find a legit pair of these, BUT if you are going to wear them, do you really want to break bread for them?
