Black & Gold Customs

Wanted to try out black and gold together, see what it looked like.
I did these just for me as a test really, so they're not as crisp as I would usually do (knocked them out in a few days, so a bit of a rush job)
Anyway, you get the idea. I think it works quite well, wouldn't mind trying with smaller pattern, something a little more filigree.

Anyway, i'd like to know what you think.

I like it a lot (as a test). Some really fine scrollwork would look amazing I reckon (the stuff on it now looks a little chunky, but maybe that's just due to lack of perspective

Nice. But like reid said, the pattern looks abit too thick, and to me it almost looks like golden clowds.
How did you do it, did you just paint it on or did you use stencils or something?


I'm an optimist, but I don't think it helps.

Actually, I use Createx. Designed for use with airbrush on most materials, including leather.
