Damn that's a brutal advert. Effective but brutal. You couldn't air something like that here. It might scare the children. Better a dead kid than a traumatized one.

I think they aren't shown anymore for that reason - "They'll scare children, there're too traumatic!"

Which is entirely missing the point.
