adidas History Book
Thought I'd open a new thread as didnt want the other thread to get taken over.

Didnt have much time last night to take many pictures, nor do i have a good camera so its just a few iPhone snaps for now.

It's 650 pages full of interviews with past and present stars, and the like as well as the who's who of the adidas hierarchy. Plenty of imagery from over the years of stars/family & staff. Detail wise it basically drills down further into the content covered in pitch invasion and some.

Will try and take some more pictures tonight!

Thanks for sharing, man. Looks amazing. I think that I probably speak for most of us when I say that we're very jealous.

Hoping they put out an "obtainable" version at some point.

RE: adidas History Book
No worries man, happy to share pics & stuff and answer any questions etc.

For those that havent read 'Pitch Invasion' I'd recommend it as an alternative. Its a great insight and covers a fair chunk of whats in this, just told from a different angle.

RE: adidas History Book
Is pitch invasion the same book as sneaker wars? Same author isn't it? I know it seems silly to ask but some books are titled differently for different markets.

Few more pics....some old family shots (including the only known photograph of the whole Dassler family together- Adi/Kathe & children), the signs between puma & adidas, the tools Adi used back in the day and the 2 giant posters that come with:

I got an idea G, how about scanning the entire thing, zipping the file, and sending it to those who would like a copy? Wink
