Hmmm, looks like the Consortium fellas designed these without actually really knowing what an 80's casual wore.
I know Samba were popular but Kickers and ZX's were the bollox then from what I recall, (mind you I was just a nipper).
I wouldn't buy stuff related to the Burberry, CP Company, Lacoste brigade, it was a bad look then and even more so now.
But I do wear Farah to work....

it was all Pringle, Sergio Tacchini, Lyle and Scott with Puma G Vilas or Trimm Trabb when I was a casual back in the early eighties..

lol.....I remember there was a certain sanda type thingl by Pod.
Always wanted a pair but my Mum wouldn't have it.
Does anyone remember a label called 'Kliem' or something along those lines? Them and Sergio Tachini used to do a similar half zip hoodie with a block stipe of colour across the front. I have searched and searched and can't get any info at all.
